What Opsenium does

Three services cover the life of an operational system: build it, connect it to the rest of the business, and keep it running.

Build operational software

Software for the work that off-the-shelf products and spreadsheets no longer handle well.

  • Internal systems for orders, stock, cases and jobs
  • Customer, supplier and partner portals
  • Replacement of spreadsheets and ageing software
  • Data migration, testing and controlled launch

Connect and automate operations

Join existing systems, remove repeated manual work and make failures visible before they become customer problems.

  • API, event and file-based integration
  • Workflow and scheduled automation
  • Reconciliation and exception handling
  • Controlled use of AI for unstructured work

Run and improve systems

Hosting, monitoring, support and ongoing development for software that the business depends on every day.

One team remains accountable from design through operation.

Most engagements use all three services in different proportions. A replacement system may need new software, connections to finance and customer platforms, and an operating agreement after launch. Smaller pieces can be scoped on their own when that is genuinely all the work requires.

Clients own the delivered source code, infrastructure definitions and data. Opsenium can host and operate the system, but the technical and contractual exit route is documented from the start.

Also available: AppCheck, a fixed-price QA review for products built quickly by small teams.

Is an operational system getting in the way?

Describe what is slowing the operation down. We will help establish whether software changes would solve it and what a sensible first step looks like.
