Contracting
- Engagement models
- Fixed-scope delivery, time and materials, and managed service agreements. Managed operation is the normal model for systems Opsenium builds; clients may choose another
- Payment terms
- Typically 30 days from invoice, with milestone billing for delivery work
- Intellectual property
- On payment, the client owns the delivered system and its source code. Reusable Opsenium tooling and third-party components are licensed to the client rather than assigned. This position may be varied by agreement where a client framework requires it.
